The depression has gotten even worse than before. My best friend Emma is down at a hobo jungle  and the crummy ol' bank took her house away. I think that is depressing, because  she is my only friend. I am going to change this depression. They'll put my name  on the paper. Printed on beautiful white clean paper with black shiny ink all in capitols: JOSIE LYN A GIRL OF LIBERTY.  AGE 13. It would be wonderful to be on the paper with my photograph on it.






April 10, 1930



My father said that the depression will get better. But so far it has gotten worse and worse. I went to the publish office and Mr. Rodger said  he might put me in publish! That means that all I can do is hope and wish to be in  the paper and if I  do make it I can make hundreds of dollars and help Emma and her older brother Josh. I want to help any one I can. Mother thinks I have a good imagination. I keep telling her, "It's not imagination, mother, it's hope."    

a very boring day

Today is the most  boring day in this whole summer. my friends go to different states. should i go do something productive( besides cleaning)? YES!!! but what is there to do? i just hope  that this boring  day will get any better. i want to do something now. i am sick and tired of being  bored. so let's imagine ........................................................

 sugar and cherries lolly pop  diamond candy rings all at the candy shop in the candy land.

Then here comes a girl at the sugary sugar beach all  smiley and happy with no disappointments. she fills people with delight with her  laughter and happiness. her name  was miss hop scotch.

but one wicked man all cruel and sly said '' my dear miss hop scotch why don't you on a trip to the mountains by yourself.'' so she did

 


she put up her tent,

looked at the  warnings sign,














and started climbing. she made it to the top of the mountain.  she new the wicked man was trying to kill her. so she said,"you think you can pull that off!?"  THE END

A little girl named Sharlette was walking in the city for no plain reason. Then she saw this lady with an infant  in her arms crying and sobbing. Sharlette didn't know if she should help her or not. the lady seemed stressed so Sharlette took the baby from her and rocked and sang  to the baby. It appears that Sharlette is a wizard looking for cloth for her new robe. anyway, the baby fell fast asleep in her arms.

My name is Ada Carter from Ada's adventures. today i am here with the F.U.N. group. i am reporting captain crunch ( leader of the bunch) about what they are working on today. "so C.C. what is it that you do?''  "well you see Ada, we are called the Federal Unique Nation and we are working on the important fun on the DSI." '' is there important fun on the dsi?" ''well what's more important what does Ada stand for?'' " nothing its just a name like yours, captain crunch." "Oh now i know your name, American Diabetic Association.'' "no  its  just a name. and at least people with diabetes dont eat your cereal. thats it for the day. bye!

Happily Ever After

Once upon a time there lived a pretty little princess about 5 years old lived in a big white castle and was happy. Her name, was Rachel. She loved living in the castle. She thought she was going to a normal school like all the village kids and make a lot of friends that would come to her castle and play. But her father, the king had a different idea. "Rachel you are not going to school. you are going to do whatever you want." He said. Don't be fooled about this. You might be thinking, OH GOSH, SHE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LUCKY. Well she might be lucky but she wont learn. And most important, she wont have friends. But a little boy about 6 years old is wondering what the castle is like. So he tries to make an arrangement to have a tour around the castle. But the guards wont let him pass."But WHY?" He said disturbed. "Because the king is busy. Now go away." a guard said. The Boy was so mad at the guards that he hatched a plan."Ooh look at those pretty Roses. And my mother does a lot of work around the house so I'm  Just going to pick-" "NO! For the love of heaven! FINE! GO!'' A guard said opening the gate. "Thank you very much." said the boy. the guard and the boy walked in. A big line of steps stood in front of them. The guard told the boy to wait here. Then Rachel came down.

Even Without You

There was a man named Joseph who loved children. He had a daughter and a son. His daughter was named Mary and his son was named James. they lived in a farm with a lot of animals. James loved feeding them while Mary loved the forest. She knew everything about the forest and often went in it. She even called it the sacred forest. But don't you think that she is lazy. For she wakes up early in the morning every morning (exept Sundays) and does her chores. When she's done the boys wake up and she makes break fast. Even without a mother she does a pretty well job for a girl that is practicing. then while James and Joseph do their chores, Mary would wander in the sacred forest and say"Mother, even without you, I feel that you are helping me do all the things I've done. But I will pray to Heavenly Father asking if I should do more.'' And there was one more thing to be done. There was a boy wandering in the forest crying. Mary rushed over to him. "boy are you alright." she asked calming. "my family died because our wagon crashed and I'm looking for food." the boy sobbed. "come with me to my cottage and I will help you."Mary smiled. they went out of the sacred forest and Mary had a bed out for the boy." what is your name?'' Mary asked "William. and yours?" The boy said" I am Mary." Mary smiled. She soon made Friends with William and He followed her example." I think this is how my hevenly Father wants me to be." Mary thought.

SUMMER!!!

Today is the first day of summer and boy what a cold I got from my family. But I'm happy that chaos is gone! I like school, but i don't like the way teachers suck the life outta you. i got the pass of all passes, so there is a lot to this summer! oh yeah i almost forgot. there is a lot to do this summer, but i don't think i'm not gonna do most of it because of the new baby coming.

i think that i will have fun with the baby next month, but if i don't, you guys that told me this, you're wrong! i hope summer isn't so bad.

It  was a normal day at the shop type writing another story about a cat chasing a dog. a woman with sharp green eyes stepped in the room. her red hair flew in the sunlight. I knew something was on her mind for i am a detective. she sat down serious." David, someone's in trouble," she said.'' i dont have any information i need to know your name and the person in trouble's name." i said. the woman rolled her eyes and said,"my name is Lusy.i am your sister. poochie ran away." oops ,gotta go!




Finaly!  you woke up. what? a detective? his name? sounds like my uncle. oh well its summer and i shouldn't of woken you up. sleep well!
